Please arrive 10-minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, and prepare for your session.
A new health history form is required at the first appointment or if it has been over one year since the last health history form was completed.
Each appointment is comprised of five minutes for pre-session consultation and client prep, five minutes for post-session for client to dress and consult on session, and the remainder of the appointment is the hands-on massage time (approximately 50min).
If a client arrives late for an appointment or is otherwise not ready to start at the time of their appointment, the portion of time for the hands-on massage itself will be shortened.
Any client wanting to be seen for a massage therapy table session needs to have an appointment in their own name.
Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for a cancellation or reschedule. Meeting this condition will allow for a full refund in most cases. Appointment changes within 24-hours of the start time will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% service cost.
You will be required to complete confidential health history form before your first appointment. This form will be updated once a year or anytime significant changes occur within your health history. The information in your file can be released with your consent or as required by law.
I have the discretion to refuse completion of work for any reason I deem as reasonable. These include, but are not limited to; soliciting or inappropriate advances, professional disagreement with a client’s requests, bodily hygiene, outcall service location/environment incompatible or inaccessible, communicable pathogens, or substance intoxication.
We ask that you do not smoke just prior to or apply strong colognes/perfumes just before the appointment. This is out of consideration for the therapists need to concentrate as well as the comfort of clients just after your appointment
